How far is Los Sueños Resort and Marina from the San José Airport?
The resort is located on the Central Pacific Coast. The drive from the airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes depending on traffic conditions. Liberia Airport is located to the North and is approximately 3 hours driving distance.If I drive myself what are the directions?
From the airport, if you were to walk out of the terminal, you will see Highway 1 directly in front of you. Make a mental note that Los Sueños is to the left and San Jose is to the right. After picking up your rental car get on that highway.After approx. 5 miles (8 km) you will see a large factory DOS PINOS on the left hand side. Take the next exit which has signs reading Orotina and Jaco
After 2.6 miles (4 km) you need to exit on Highway 27 (toll road) toward Caldera.
Once on the highway drive for 16.5 miles (27km). You will pass two toll booths. After the second toll booth immediately take the exit with signs for Jaco.
From now it is easy. Stay on the main road following the signs to Jaco for 21 miles (34km). Shortly before you get to Jaco you will see on the right hand side a large shopping center called Plaza Herradura. Make are right turn. You will see the Los Sueños entrance on the left hand side after 1 km.Is there a complimentary shuttle service?
