Bookings Terms and Conditions
- To ensure a smooth service, all bookings must be ready to be seated no later than 15 minutes after the time booked, otherwise the booking may be delayed.
- All large parties (10 or more people) must pay a £5 per person deposit, no later than 1 week prior to the event.
- All deposits are redeemable, but non-refundable.
- All large parties (10 or more people) must provide a pre-order, no later than 1 week prior to event.
- No changes to pre order later than 24 hours prior to event.
- Bookings are allocated 2 hours, however bookings may continue to use the table, provided if it is not in use later in the evening.
- All exclusive bar use must provide a redeemable deposit of £200 with a minimum bar spend of £500. The deposit must be provided no later than 1 week prior to the event.
- Gaming Demonstrations will take place prior to your meal and will last approximately 30 minutes. It would greatly appreciated if your party can arrive promptly to ensure there are no delays. Unfortunately, during peak hours we may not be able to offer the gaming demonstration if your party arrives more than 15 minutes after the booking time.
- Cocktail Masterclasses will take place prior to your meal and will last approximately 1.5 hours. It would be greatly appreciated if your party can arrive promptly to ensure there are no delays. Unfortunately, during peak hours we may not be able to offer the masterclass if your party arrives more than 30 minutes after the booking time.
- A refundable £10 deposit is required for use of any IT equipment.
